Winter Thanks Card Set

Hello. It’s Lucy here today with a quick and easy winter thank you card set.

This weekend I was packing away all my Christmas supplies when I stumbled upon the lovely Snowflake die. I decided to give it some last minute use before it goes back in storage. Thank you cards are always useful at this time of year, and I managed to whip up this little set in next to no time. Once you get going conveyor belt style, you can create a whole pile of cards in almost the same amount of time as it takes to create just one.

Large die cut shapes like this snowflake make great focal points for cards, requiring very little embellishment. I simply added a die cut heart and sentiment, some white thread and some white mist.

I embossed my sentiment with Ranger’s Liquid Platinum embossing powder for some wintry sparkle.

And that’s it. So simple and easy to assemble.  I have not yet decided whether to give these as a gift or send them to loved ones… If I decide to give them away, I’m going to pile them up, add some envelopes, and tie them together with baker’s twine.

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas, thank you so much for stopping by today,
