Everyone makes mistakes, so sorry! If any of our products are defective in ANY way, we will offer you a full, 100%, no-questions-asked refund, including shipping costs. Simply email email@example.com or call 800-822-4376 to request a refund. We will apologize many many times and process your refund within 5-10 business days.
If you are unhappy with your product or need to cancel for any reason, you can return the product for a refund within 60 days of your order. We understand, stuff happens. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-822-4376 and request a “RETURN AUTHORIZATION” or RA number, and then return the product as instructed. Once the return is received, we will refund your purchase price within 5-10 business days, and if the product is unopened and in sell-able condition, we will reimburse your original shipping costs as well. Due to the high cost of shipping, return postage is your responsibility, sorry.
