I adore terrariums. Unfortunately, I’m not much of a gardener, so when I saw the new My Monthly Hero November stamp kit by Kathy Racoosin, I couldn’t wait to stamp some tiny paper gardens. There are so many fun and different plant stamps, I had to use them all.
I stamped a variety of the foliage stamps on white layering paper with black ink. Then, using a few bright markers, I colored each of the plants. I fussy cut each image and then layered them on a panel of cardstock that I shaded with AF246 Mint Julep Mid-tone Shadow Ink ink.
To add dimension, I mounted some of the images to the card with foam tape. Additionally, I created two sentiment strips that I nestled among the flowers. After I adhered the panel to my card base, I tied a black, twine bow at the top edge and embellished the card with a few black pearls.
