Q: Help! I can’t login!
A: Whether you’ve forgotten your password, don’t remember your password, or aren’t quite sure what’s going on, just go to our login page and click on the “Lost your password link”. Fill in your email and follow the instructions. If you are a wholesale customer, you’ll find your login here.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: At this time, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit or debit cards. We are planning to add PayPal in the near future.
Q: I didn’t save my credit card but it is auto-completed when I checkout. What is going on?
A: First off, your actual credit card information is never stored at Hero Arts. We use a secure gateway that saves credit card tokens. Many web browsers will save credit card info for you on your own computer and then automatically fill everything in at checkout. The way that you can remove it varies between browsers. Try searching for your browser autofill credit card to see if this is the case. You can also check your account by going to the My Account page and managing your cards and remove or change your settings at any time.
Q: Is your checkout secure?
A: Yes, it sure is! You can verify this for yourself. When you go to checkout, look for a green lock in your browser next to the URL.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Orders of $50 or more shipping to the United States get FREE shipping, ground service, which is applied at check-out. Yippee! Rush-shipping upgrades are still available but will not benefit from the free shipping offer. Find out about International rates and more here.
